RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. We accept ZERO returns or exchanges unless incorrect item is received. If your order is incorrect you have up to 7 days to reach out after order is delivered.  

 

ORDERS:

In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that forward all details to our customer service department.

Undelivered lost packages may be reissued if tracking number reflects no movement. 

Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed. 

In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace items missing once we verify the weight of package sent with postal office to identify which items were missed. If you don't reach out within 7 days of receiving incorrect order you may not be eligible for a replacement.

 Shipping / Processing:
ALL orders are fulfilled within 12-22 business days.
Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-4 business days to update depending on our mail pick up day/ when the post office scans in your package. USPS in our city is very understaffed. This is beyond our control. 

Due to Global Shipping delays shipping delays can exceed up to 5-7 days for US orders and 5-12 days for international orders!
